School Counseling Corner
Welcome Message
Welcome to our school community! As your school counselor, I am thrilled to partner with you to support your child’s emotional, social, and academic growth.
My primary goal is to ensure every student feels safe, valued, and ready to learn. Throughout the school year, I work with students to build friendships, manage big feelings, and develop strong problem-solving skills.
My name is Elizabeth Lambert and I have been educating children for 32 years. I have a Master of Arts Degree in Education from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science Degree in School Counseling from Longwood University. I have been a school counselor for 21 years and before that I taught high school History and Government. I have been a school counselor at Sunnyside Elementary School for 4 years.
